Returns Policy
CAP Carbon hope that you are delighted with your product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order from CAP Carbon, you may return it under the following circumstances:
- The goods purchased are damaged or malfuctioning
- The goods were ordered in error
- We shipped you incorrect goods
Also:
- Under the distance selling act you may return the goods within 7 days and receive a refund. As a Safebuy accredited member, our cooling off period is extended to 14 days.
Directions for return
- Complete the Returns Form found on the reverse of the Despatch Note.
- Return your goods well packaged as any damages en route to us must be claimed by you.
- Obtain a certificate of postage or send recorded via Royal Mail as you will be responsible for claiming any losses in the postal system
- Your return will be actioned within 14 days of receipt and you will be notified by email once we have actioned your request.
Notes for returned items
- Goods returned for exchange or refund (excluding damaged items) must be in a resaleable condition with all packaging intact and in perfect condition.
- Bodycare and household items will only be refunded if unused
